K-State's Premier Racing Team

Powercat Motorsports, Kansas State University's Formula SAE Racecar team, competes in a comprehensive design competition that challenges engineering students to create an open-wheel formula style racecar. We are a dedicated team that designs, builds, tests, competes, and promotes our racecar every year. This year we earned 7th Place in Design at our competition after following a holistic design process.
